Eligibility for Refunds
- A refund request is only valid if the user attends their first session within 24 hours of booking or registration.
- The refund request must be made during or immediately after the first session.
- Refunds will not be granted after the first session has ended, or if more than 24 hours have passed since registration/booking without attending the first session.
Non-Refundable Cases
- No refund will be provided if the user does not attend their first session within 24 hours of registration/booking.
- No refund will be provided for any sessions after the first session.
- Refunds are not applicable for unused days, partial plans, or after continued use of our unlimited emotional support services.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
